At CBDfx®, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all CBDfx® hangtags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
